I like how easy it was to use for new users, but also have those with experience using other financial software able understand quickly what they need in order navigate through all of their options - which makes life easier! We are solving our needs around tracking data across multiple accounts/clients at once (ie we can see where cash flow has been from specific transactions) as well managing invoicing / payments between clients & vendors seamlessly.- As this tool integrates directly into Salesforce so no more manual inputting or exporting files etc- Great customer service too when you do get stuck somewhere :) If there were any additional features added over time then these could be considered however nothing majorly negative either way would recommend if looking out just now though!!
