I like how easy it was to create custom fields from standard inventory templates, it worked immediately for me after creating my own template! Some of their customer support could use work but they are working hard at getting better! I like how it's easy to use, as well has being very user friendly for both new staff members at our organization or experienced ones when they return from vacation!
