Review on Odessa Platform by Jose Strong

I like how easy it was to create custom fields from standard inventory templates, it worked immediately for me after creating my own template! Some of their customer support could use work but they are working hard at getting better! We were able to implement an in-house tool with a low learning curve that allowed us to easily keep track of leases vs loans within our portfolio. Also helped me understand more about what makes up capital equipment which gave some insight on what areas we should be focusing on improving internally. It's easy to use, it has all the functionality you need, and it has great customer service. They have a fantastic team of people at Odessa who are always ready to help and get things done quickly. There aren't any downsides that I can think of. The platform does what we need it to do, and it does it well. We've been able to streamline our processes for both new and existing clients. We also have better visibility into our financials and our cash position.
