Review on Nissan Sentra Passenger Side Mirror Glass – Ensuring a Perfect Fit with Fit System Product by Jeremy Keller
Doesn't fit perfectly, but serves its purpose.
The stock mirror on my 2007 Nissan Sentra fits snugly into a molded rubber grommet that attaches to the power mirror housing. This replacement mirror was about 1-2mm smaller all around so it didn't "snap" into the seal. I had to tape it to the included mounting tape. It seems to be holding up well, but it's not an "like new" replacement.
