I like that it is easy for our team members who are not in sales or marketing roles, but still have an idea about what we do as a business.
It's also great having all my data stored together with other companies' information so I can easily pull up any piece of info from anywhere at anytime! There isn't much i dislike right now - maybe just some minor bugs here and there when using certain features (like creating new forms). We use this tool daily during meetings/presentations and training sessions etc., which makes things run smoothly.
