I like that it is easy enough so my clients are able use this product as well! It keeps track of appointments very easily with reminders sent directly into your phone or email when needed!! We have been using fusion since we started our practice in 2015 but there has not really anything i dislike about its features at least nothing major anyway. Definitely recommend if looking for an affordable software solution which will keep records straight without having too many bells/whistles attached. ! The ability to send emails automatically through text messages makes life easier especially during busy times where one may forget things otherwise would be difficult getting those notes done manually via paper etc.. Keeping patient files organized much better than before because everything was kept together now instead being spread throughout different folders within other programs such as excel ect....
