Humidity during COVID 19 is best kept between 40-60%. Articles online indicate that in an arid environment, a lack of moisture in the air can cause a person's moisture emissions (breath, cough, sneeze) to circulate in the air for long periods of time. As a result, even a 1% reduction in humidity can result in an approximately 7–8% increase in infection, while a 10% reduction can double the risk of transmission. Obsessed with the safety and wellbeing of my clients, I purchased these tiny, inexpensive thermometer/humidity indicators for my office.
