My only complaint is the lack of instructions for use. The ball sticks to the wall, hit the ball with a hammer with moderate force and make a small dent in the wall. Remove the ball and use the angle of the hammer claw to gently dig into the wall to expose the screw/nail. Now use the appropriate tool to remove the screw/nail. Repeat this process over the entire area where you want to remove screws/nails. When you are finished you can cut out part of the wall panel to give access to the inside of the wall.
