Red KLIM Serenity with four fans I bought due to the fact that it had a lot of positive reviews. I chose to return it the first night I received it. When I placed the facial tissue directly over the cooling pad fans, it barely flapped or moved from its place. I tested it several times, with my feet up and down, when my laptop's fan kicked on because it was getting hot. Didn't cool at all. However, when I pointed a small desktop fan at my laptop, it completely cooled it down. As another reviewer I overlooked said, I actually felt my laptop get colder when I turned off the cooling pad. It looks beautiful and durable. However, I have found that it does absolutely nothing to cool my laptop, which is why I bought it and it promises to do so. It also had a very strange insert with a bizarre story about lit candles and incense before shipping.
