It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.

As a result, I bought a phone, used it for 2 hours, put it in a box and carried it back to the store the next morning. Passed for warranty check without repair. I lost 30 thousand in the sale, but you lost more. I left reviews on all of your paid YouTube reviews, shared information with my friends, and dissuaded a colleague from buying a similar phone.

In view of such an unforgettable experience, I see no reason to overpay for Samsung phones, when at a price 2-3 times cheaper you can take a Chinese, already time-tested.

Matte black phone fits comfortably in the hand. Possibly a good camera, but could not test.

Cons

I bought a black s21 Ultra 512Gb phone, came home, unpacked it, started setting it up. More precisely, the system began to configure itself, I just pressed the Next-Next-Next buttons. 1. As a result, after 1.5 hours of setup, the phone practically began to burn my hand. Warms up wildly. After 15 minutes of surfing the Internet, the hand is on fire. 2) It froze 3 times (1 time with a strip on the screen, 2 others simply did not respond to screen presses). So I learned that the phone can be forcibly turned off by pressing the key combination Power and Volume-. The fourth glitch was a sudden reboot of the phone when installing an application from the Play Store. It just turned off and on without warning. Also stuck when transferring data from old A8+ 2022 using SmartSwitch. Not the fact that the data was transferred correctly. 3) The battery is NOT enough. For comparison, my A8 + for 2 hours of surfing sits down by 10%. And the new S21 Ultra went down by 25% in 1.5 hours of setup. What's this?
