Great customer service, knowledge of many products that is helpful to use when finding solutions for problems or questions you may have with any product we are using in our facilities! They can be very slow at times because there seems like it's taking them forever just trying something simple such as adding an image into their system but they really do try hard sometimes even calling back multiple people if needed until someone gets through quickly enough!! Always give MedFlyT first consideration so no one else has trouble later since I haven't had anyone tell me anything bad about this team yet either - everyone loves working here.
We've been able tto implement new procedures quicker than before which helps us get up & running faster allowing more time spent helping patients rather then wasting valuable staff hours figuring out how things work/what programs etc need doing instead.
