I like to think I'm not one of them but during the quarantine I have I made too many impulse purchases from lists like "These 20 Items Will Make Your Life So Much Easier" and "33 Products That Will Help You Keep Your House Clean." " This was one of those purchases. A wonderful way to clean the microwave very easily. Yes, that's right. Guess what? This thing doesn't work at all and it wasn't very easy to use. The instructions require you to order your Removing your face and your hair (2 separate pieces of plastic) - I didn't find it particularly easy, once the item is disassembled you need to add vinegar up to the mark indicated and then water up to the mark above - this wasn't easy, the lines are clear marked on the outside of the container but mine is blue, the container is opaque so I couldn't see through it to make sure I poured just the right amount.Then it prompts you to add some lemon juice.I followed T .Used white wine vinegar and added lemon juice.Then I put it in the microwave oven and turned it on for the time indicated e in, waited for the allotted time after the microwave turned off and then excitedly opened the door expecting the inside would be shiny with mud and at least it will be shiny once I wipe it down. Instead I had a hot plastic object with no liquid in it and a microwave oven not one iota different from the one it was in before I started this exercise. I tried wiping it down (and I must add that my microwave wasn't very dirty...just a few small lumps on the sides and turntable); None of these balls budged when I rubbed the inside of the microwave with a rag. Lesson learned. I was a fool A complete waste of money. I do not recommend this item to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
