You might as well buy a cheap disposable scraper with a built in felt.
Does not glide well on any material when dry so will be good when used wet. However, if you try to change the buffer, the felt will separate from the glue, so you'll have to try and scrape it off the squeegee. Not worth the hassle, so only use with cheap disposable wipes.
