Before using this massage gun, I read the instructions in their entirety as I wasn't sure which attachment to use on this massager. I knew the U-shaped tip was used in the neck and spine, but wasn't sure about others. The instructions that come with this massage gun primarily explain in detail which tip is used for what. A power adapter is included to charge this massage gun. There is a display on the back of the gun that actually tells you how much battery you have left or how much is left on that massage gun. Even if the battery dies, this weapon still consumes the energy you used. Even if you are at 10% or 20% when you approach a high level it will continue at the same level of performance. I didn't have to use it on the highest settings as I almost feel like my muscles are tensing. This massage gun really helps with muscle pain, spasms and even muscle knots. Whether it's after work, after a really hard workout, or just because I'm feeling sore, this massage gun feels fantastic. I had a very expensive well known brand used by specialists and by comparison it feels the same except I mostly have to use the massage gun on myself and nobody does it for me. When I'm done with that, I just hit the power button on the back of the gun and then turn it off from the bottom. With one charge, this massage gun lasts almost 2 weeks.
