EXCELLENT PRODUCT. Dispatched from the manufacturer a few days after one of the Revains arrived with a torn box and missing parts. The packaging isn't strong for something that heavy. It was easy to install and works exactly as expected based on feedback and instructions. I've read all the reviews and I seriously have to wonder if most of the negative reviews are written by competitors or by people who can't read very simple full instructions. tire skid problems. I'm towing a 16 foot cargo trailer with a 600 pound nose weight. If you have slippage issues you will need to put some weight on the tongue, this is NOT a valet issue. If you don't have enough weight on your tongue no matter what product you use, you will have tire slippage. I've read about tire/wheel well problems and if I have this problem I will contact Harbor Freight. and get solid flat tires to replace. This seems to be a known bug and you must be seriously wondering why the manufacturer hasn't fixed it. Installing flat tires during production can cost $3 due to economies of scale. That's why I only gave four stars. Replacing these tires when necessary takes a lot of work. Valet parking is HARD and I leave it in the garage after hitching my trailer. Aligning and securing the ball and receiver takes about 30 seconds with the valet after you get them close. I wanted to get the drill, but it's actually so easy to turn that my wife could easily turn the crank when going uphill. I've used it in mud and even loose gravel and it slides a bit but doesn't affect its maneuverability with my trailer near my house which only has about 1.5 inches of clearance between the house and the safety wall on either side. There was no other way to get it into that parking space. has about two feet of side clearance too easily. So the choice is to buy an expensive powered trailer truck or this manual one. For my needs and budget this is perfect. A few people in my area will buy this product after they see what I can do with it. And no, I'm not a Trailer Valet employee. Great product that exceeded my expectations.
