Review on Phase 3 Marketing and Communications by Tim Knoepfle

I was a customer of the company for many years before they decided to go down the road to being a third party. The company's quality of work increased dramatically after they decided to go down this road. Now, they are not as good as they once were. I think the quality of their work has dropped. They are still good, but not at the level they once were. The biggest problem is that they have become too much of a competitor to other companies in the area. So, they are not working as hard as they once did to improve their customer service. They still do good work. I can't say that they are not still a good company. But, they are no longer among the best in the business. They are now more like a mid-level company. They do good work and I have no complaints. But, they are not at I have used their service many times over several years with very good results each time! They are always willing help you out when issues arise like an issue that came up last year which needed resolution quickly (the site went down).
