
Total rubbish. The first of them died within a year. He started sending random characters to the PC and even deleted something as a result, which luckily was recoverable. So I submitted an RMA. The second keyboard died the same way a year later. I also sent it RMA. I chose 'Advanced RMA', they will ship out a replacement immediately but will charge my credit card and refund when they receive the defective keyboard. They received the keyboard but were unable to refund it until I disputed the charge with my CC company. (They ruled in my favor and made a permanent loan.) And guess what? The third keyboard just died 3 weeks after I received it on 08/07/2020. It doesn't light up, the buttons don't work, and Caps Lock and Scroll Lock are always on. So this RMA was a futile exercise and I ran out of $30 for sending them a second faulty keyboard. Maybe I'm just unusually unlucky here (and therefore lucky in love?). But anyway, I'm done with these losers.
