Untested product for my opinion
This product was not tested for its function before being shipped; unlike say Big Guys. The items did not work; it didn't start. I followed the instructions and charged it first for 4 hours, the green 'Now charged' light came on but the switch did not turn the vibrator. Disappointment.
Pros
- I use it for back pain and tight shoulder muscles. I love it!
Cons
- Battery life is not long enough for extended use
