Great for tracking customer behavior and journey

It provides great insight in how customers interact with our products or services across channels (web/mobile). We are able now identify where we have issues within one product line which previously was very difficult! The platform does not integrate well at this time but there has been some improvement over last year so I am hopeful it will continue going forward - if they keep up their commitment then perhaps integration becomes easier? There's also no way yet from premoneyoutlookto see what users viewed when visiting your site via mobile devices like iPhones etc.. This would make analysis much more effective because you could target those who actually saw certain content instead just guessing by looking through analytics data only.
