We bought this computer for my daughter. We were short about 1 month before it turned a year old when it started not charging. I contacted the seller not expecting much. They responded very quickly and got us a new battery before I could blink. It didn't seem to fix the problem so I was offered a full refund or replacement. We got a replacement and even got a faster computer than we originally had. The exchange operation lasted only a few days! I am very impressed and so grateful for the great customer service. The exchange works great! I was skeptical about buying a Revain laptop, but I don't think so anymore. I will definitely come back to purchase future products from this seller as their customer service is exceptional.
