Plastic washers missing
Bought for my 2011 escape and after installation the screw does not fit the glass exactly because the hinge kit does not include plastic washers that go through the screw to the glass Even with the screw tight, there is leeway for the glass to move. All kit accessories are useless foam discs that serve no purpose.
