The product is not mixed. The kit comes with a can of unpainted paint. First I went to Menards where it was not tinted. Then I went to HomeDepot. Now the problem is even though Homedepot sells this brand they sell it by the quart and that is by the gallon so the measurements would be wrong and no store within 100 miles of my town would have a smaller kit so couldn't get it in on everyone Case to be tinted with the Rustoleum brand. Luckily the person who worked at Home Depot was very nice and saw how excited I was and said he could fix it with something else but he couldn't promise anything. Although my original shade I wanted was out of stock, it helped me choose an alternative. So this is the buyer beware. Because you get what you pay for in the business.
