So if the sun is too bright there's no way to adjust the contrast color. The menu flashes and then quickly disappears. I'm not sure if it's a firmware update. I installed it on my Bobcat T650 loader so when digging trenches I can see the paint spray line behind me while pulling the trencher. The problem is that the contrast is terrible and there's no way to adjust it, so I couldn't see the fluorescent orange paint on the floor. Everything else works great. The cable connection was good. The camera feels like a high quality metal body that will stand up to the harshness/heat/dust on the back of the Bobcat. Night vision is grainy but it works. Not bad for the money. The Bobcat solution cost over $1,000, which is not bad for less than $100. The time will show.
