I'm using this with the OnePlus 6 in the case that came with it. The force of the spring-loaded clip isn't enough to hold the phone in place and it keeps slipping. I'd use a rubber band, but it places the volume and power buttons where the clips are, so that's not an option. The swivel mount also lacks the clamping force to hold the phone in place. It tilts forward or backward after a while, combined with my phone's settings sliding between the clips, which I expect will lose or damage the phone if I continue to use it. I'll try sanding the mating surfaces on the bracket with coarse grit sandpaper and see if that helps before throwing it away. I have a RAM mount on my motorcycle that holds the same phone well at 75mph or on bumpy dirt roads. . I didn't want to go that route as RAM is a fairly bulky (and heavy) item, but at this point it might be. or whatever, I received an email from Andobil asking me to request a refund and they will take care of it. Not what I was expecting these days and it certainly made my day. I intended to apply for one, life turned out, and I kept forgetting. A few weeks later a refund was issued without my involvement. I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with this level of customer service.
