I can't say enough good things about this GREAT instrument. I originally bought this when I couldn't find the pepper powder I wanted here at AMZ or elsewhere online, so I'm making my own now and it's AWESOME! I also spent 9 weeks leading up to Christmas making dried apple slices - SO addictive. Now I'm back to my mixed pepper powder and just sniffing it is "kitchen aromatherapy" to me. Eventually I thought I had a problem so I called the company and they sent me a return label, picked it up and checked it. They couldn't find any problem so they sent it back to me. I finally realized. That's what I missed, not her. Now I'm doing my dried stuff again. Next. Dried onion slices and rings. This is the BEST car at the BEST price I've found, despite all the cheering about the more well-known others. Treat yourself to this simple yet easy-to-use basic machine. You will LOVE them!
