There's an amazing interface available - I like how easily you can get into it as well because there are many options and things at your fingertips if needed! Easy access when needing any help from admin staffs regarding their features! It really helps me in every single area possible whether its about reaching new prospects within our organization. Nothing in particular i dislike yet but nothing much either other then just the fact that they could enhance certain areas so i will be able use them properly with ease. If it doesn't do something, then surely I've had no problems solving issues with this software itself. Great way not only helping others but also improving myself in terms off work output! The benefits we gain! Having my clients reach out to us as soon as they wish would improve efficiency levels which has helped alot. Not a whole lot since most organizations will need money in order continue doing what ever needs to be said/done! Classy has been wonderful to work with. They are always available to answer any questions we have, they respond quickly, and their customer service team is amazing! We love it! There's nothing I dislike about Classy. If you're looking for a reliable and easy platform, Classy is the way to go. They make the process so simple and easy to use. It's great to be able to get our donors information from anywhere in the world and easily update it as needed. The interface couldn't be easier to use and navigate.
