RIDGID K-6 Toilet Auger

I am a 68 year old female with a disability so using the product for the first time was difficult. There is a release button that you need to press to release another 3 feet of line. Unfortunately it wasn't in place so all 6 feet slipped out. My husband, who is even more disabled, was able to manipulate the snail until he found the button and pushed it back into place. Now he works like a champ.
