Review on Lehigh 2 Inch Silver Spring with SG1G Upgrade by Daryl Fitch

These are decent spring clips. like the ones that stood in the toilets at school as a child in the 1960s. Although they open 1 1/2 inches, I wouldn't recommend using them on items that big if you expect them to last. I use them to attach 1" tent poles to my van. And while the Crawford-Lehigh chart says they hold 5 pounds each, I don't think I put that much weight on them. I had a hard time finding these babies online at a price I was willing to pay. . I happened to be at an old fashioned pet food and hardware store and asked about it. They didn't know offhand. But before I knew it, the guy found them and offered to order for me. For $2 apiece, and the store reached the week. Shazzam!
