Review on ZINFI by Brandon Gaines

Very detailed analytics reports. Easy implementation of new modules, integrations with other platforms like Zapier and Hubspot are easy to use. There is not much, maybe we could integrate CRMs but the developers can take decisions for this one. We started using Zinfi because their services were included in a deal we entered. Once we realized it was a good product at a competitive price we moved to have their own subscription plan. From then we have been able to provide more solutions to clients. I like how easy it is to use and navigate through the system. There are so many features you can use with this software! It's very user friendly and has helped me be more organized in my daily tasks. The only thing i dislike about Zinfi is there customer service could sometimes get better. They need to improve their communication skills when they're helping customers out. This helps us organize our day easily and efficiently.
