Although Amazon says it doesn't work with the 2014 Volkswagen Golf 2.5L (mk6), they are wrong. it works 100%. You can check yourself by going to the Manna website. This is the only Mann Golf MK6 2.5L certified filter. it was very easy to install. Lift the back, unplug the wires from the old filter (push them in a bit, then press the buttons on the wires and they pop right out. Don't pry!) and insert this one. Fuel lines do not need to be bled. actually not as Volkswagen didn't bother to list the fuse box diagram in the owner's manual. All they listed was the location of the fuse boxes and how to remove the cover. When I called the dealer they told me to come and speak to a mechanic to find out as Volkswagen doesn't publicly list it for the 2.5L Golf. ridiculous. Anyway, in the end it wasn't necessary. Fuel did not spray in all directions. some sprinkles and that's it.
