First, these shoes are a miracle for my plantar fasciitis. I can walk again! (brisk walking) and jogging (walking several blocks at a time to avoid aggravating the fasciitis). and the tight feel is exactly what i wanted but not so tight that i can't bend my legs. Yes, I use a shoehorn to put them on, but the feel of them wrapping around my legs is worth the easy extra step. Well I just can't find the right words to say how happy I am with these shoes. and I would buy them for cross training, trail and hiking. Where have you been all my life?
