Review on πŸͺ’ Wooden Shave Brush and Razor Stand for Men - Colonel Conk by Crystal Taylor

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good stand. Very easy. May require a change.

I've had this stand for about a month now. My Mach5 didn't fit into a shaver socket, but I didn't expect that either. However, I was surprised that my Parker 22R fits so poorly. I had to use the dremel on the sides of the razor end of the stand to get the wood under the blade and secure it. Despite this, the razor is precariously balanced, but it works and just needs to stand still. The brush hole was too narrow for my brush. The hole was wide enough, but the bristles of the brush stuck out too far to fit through the hole cleanly. Again, I sanded the bottom of the stand for a better fit. My stand modifications weren't difficult, and I figured that being able to remove material would be better than requiring more material than was available. Wood looks very cheap. Again, I'm not expecting much from this product. He just has to stand there and hold my things. He's doing it well enough.

Pros
  • Made of hardwood with a light honey finish
Cons
  • Some imperfections
