Glass bed, you may need to push the line a few Switch millimeters up. I found the installation quite difficult to get those strong springs into the plate, but once that was done I found that turning them all the way down was not enough to clear the nozzle. I had to lift the limit switch about 2 millimeters for the nozzle to clear the glass layer. After that everything is great and it is extremely stable and durable. MUCH better than stock springs. I don't really care about aluminum adjusting nuts. You don't need them - the plastics are the same diameter and work well, but the metals add a bit of finesse if that's what you want. The important parts of this upgrade are the springs and they are excellent. If the springs were a little shorter they would be a complete replacement for the Ender 3, but with a minor adjustment to the end switch travel you're in business!
