My daughter and I bought this table for our granddaughter's 2nd birthday. We wanted her to have her own little kitchen and table so she could play and have fun. It was beautifully packaged, inviting soft pastel colors that make you want a set of your own =) Grandpa and his 14 year old uncle putting these pieces together will either break or crack or split the wood. Men should remember that this is for a child, not an adult. So be careful, now that doesn't mean you can't tighten them up, to make sure they're secure, just don't overdo it. Also they are quite durable and worth the purchase and the price, I would definitely consider buying them again without a second thought.
