Should be tighter than most collars but cute as a button
Puisín (pu-shiny. Irish for a kitten) loves his beautiful collar. Her human mother loves it too. It just seems to come off and her teeth get stuck in it when she tries to take it off. I pulled it as tight as I could but still loose enough that she wouldn't choke. So far, so good! Doesn't she look adorable? Thank you for increasing her attractiveness factor🥰👍
