Fits my 2008 Avalanche perfectly. The factory pump has failed. Not sure if this was due to a blown shock absorber or if it was just old. In any case, it had to be replaced. To get to this pump you need to remove the wheel. It took a little time to get the old pump out and the new one in, but nothing out of the ordinary for a car repair. To see if yours works, turn the key to run and listen. You need to hear it. When you stop the truck and get out, you can also hear the system deflation to exit the car. I hear it all the time, now that I know what to hear I'm not sure I've heard it before. I bought a used truck and I think the shock absorber that failed was the original one. So when I took it off and replaced those two things, it had a long lifespan.
