This helps us understand our potential customers needs and gives us a deeper understanding of their buying process. Nothing much, but the sales training is very effective for our team. The biggest benefit is that the sales training is very tailored to the needs of our team. The training is tailored to our needs and not to the company. I also like that they are very flexible with their schedule, so our team can attend the training and go through the process. The best part about this software is it's ease to use because everything can be done by just clicking buttons or typing information into boxes which makes data entry so fast! I would say do not get discouraged if things are hard at first but once u figure them all its great for sure!! It helps me keep track with my leads/customers as well keeping an eye open when new opportunities arise from other sources such like social media etc..
