I would recommend washing this duvet right away to see if any beads come out! Until the return period has expired! I washed the duvet twice as directed and tiny glass beads spilled all over my washer and dryer (first wash came out about 1/8 cup, second wash came out twice as much)! I looked for a hole and only found possible holes in the corners of the seam. There are no rips or tears on the ceiling. I can't find the company's contact information anywhere, which is quite frustrating (it's past the 30-day return period). This is a clear manufacturing defect.
