These glasses are well made and durable, I expect them to last for years. The base can be separated from the top for cleaning, which is very convenient. I treat myself to an iced coffee drink every day and I usually just pop the glass in the freezer and shake until it freezes. With them I can basically freeze it and easily break it due to the silicone bottom. Works great and I recommend it to all ice drink lovers. I'm going to share my own recipe, thanks to which you'll never have to go to Starbucks again. It's simple: 3 cups skim milk or 2% milk (my preference) 1 to 1.5 tablespoons Cafe Bustleo espresso instant coffee, adjust to taste I like strong coffee so I'll go with 1.5+. Most prefer just 1 tablespoon. Optional 1/2 tbsp Nestle Quick Powder Mix, I take it or leave it, but it adds a whole new dimension to the flavor. 1/4 cup flavored creamer I use French vanilla. They're delicious frozen or just cold, but if you get it right you'll swear it's as good, if not better, than any coffee drink at any coffee shop, and it doesn't cost $7.50. Buy these glasses and be safe. Try my best coffee drink. Enjoy
