Got this for myself as an early Christmas present. I have large lumps that very often develop in the lower part of the neck and around the shoulder blades. I am someone who has bought expensive $200-$300 shoulder massagers hoping they will help. So remember when I say this is an AMAZING product! after. I've been using this product at least twice a day since I got it. The variable rotation of the handles is ideal as it pushes the knot out of the muscle in either direction during the cycle. The speed adjustment feature is great as sometimes I need a slow pace when I have migraines and just need a little neck massage or when I press the node I can adjust it to go faster. I used to go monthly for a professional deep tissue massage and ended up with a huge bruise all over my body but wow what a treat to untie the knots! As others have mentioned, I get bruises from this product, but like I said, some people bruise easily. I'd rather have bruises in a day or two than lumps for months. Sorry for the novel review but you all must know how much I love this thing! If I wear this one day I'll be back for another ASAP!
