So the product itself is incredibly well made. It can easily support the specified weight and possibly more. The welds are strong, the steel is thicker than the cargo ports, everything is fine. My only complaints are: 1) The box it arrived in was shattered - just too light a package for the weight. Some of it may be a shipper, but it's all been literally glued back together; 2) Because the box was destroyed, not all the parts arrived (in my case the plate that the motor is attached to. The customer service was polite but I had to wait another 5 days before I could assemble it and this pushed our Project around a week I asked for next day delivery and was told the best they could do was day 2. It ended up shipping by ground so that's the reason for one star otherwise this thing is bullet proof .
