Easily drill a pilot hole. Hold tight after drilling.

I used 1/4" x 4" concrete screws to reinforce a row of blocks and attach to the previous row below. and then the cavities are filled with fiber cement. This project is a 36 inch retaining wall to hold the edge of a parking lot.
