I bought five of these in January 2019. The first annoyance is that they BLINK red every minute they are active. If they're in your line of sight from the bed, you'll probably want to cover the bulb somehow so it doesn't get in the way of its original purpose. The second annoyance is that the battery comes loose very quickly, likely due to a previous issue. Within a year everyone started tweeting about low batteries, not constantly at first so it was difficult to figure out what the problem was. So I spent the money to buy rechargeable batteries, which you have to check every year anyway, so not that big of a deal. But eventually, less than two years later, two of the five I bought turned out to be DEFECTIVE. So all in all, I'm annoyed about this purchase. I uploaded this flashing red light which only took 2 tries to capture as they flash red all the time when not working.
