Review on 🚗 SYGAV Android 10 Car Radio Stereo for Subaru Forester WRX Impreza with Carplay, GPS Navigation, HD 1280x720 Touchscreen Head Unit by Jason Epstein

I really wanted to like this radio. I really did. Here are my problems: 1. CarPlay is very popular or non-existent. First, if you plan to start your car remotely, your phone won't connect to CarPlay until you turn your car off and on again. It's like there's a 10 second window when you start the car, the radio tries to connect and then gives up before fully restarting. I've tried simply turning the radio off and on again, but that only worked when the engine itself was off for a few seconds. That and the CarPlay connection success rate was around 60%.2. Wrong connectors for Crosstrek 2016. The rear camera wiring harness will NOT connect to Crosstrek 2016. I tried texting them about it, they were less than helpful.3. I had to manually install new software as it didn't work when I got it. It was a hassle, especially for a product that claims to be 100% operational.4. I was never able to connect it to a Wi-Fi network. It always started within a second or two.5. GPS antenna and microphone adhesive failed within 24 hours.6. I returned it more than 10 days ago. So far there is no refund or confirmation that the return has started. What I liked: 1. The plastic trim looked great and made the interior look really great.2. The sound quality was really good. 5.
