Originally I was looking for a light clip so I could work on art projects at night. I had a really good one initially and it lasted a long time. When he died he tried to find a cheap one that was still bright and rechargeable. The one I had wasn't very bright and ran on batteries. I really had to spend a little more for what I wanted. I just received it and am very happy. This was exactly what I was looking for and is very helpful. I hope it lasts as long as my first light. UPDATE: I had to return the first one because a set of LEDs wouldn't turn on. I was able to get a replacement and am happy with it.
