Reducing the impact of bright lightbulbs.
So for those who have problems with the light output of this lamp. There is a fairly significant "break-in period" for xenons that seems to last even longer than most. After 30 hours of use (yes, it took that long) they are noticeably brighter and warmer than the standard Xenarcs they replaced. However, my last bulbs were 5 years old, so part of the improvement I noticed is due to the fact that my previous bulbs were old. I don't know if 200% brighter, probably not, but there is an improvement.
