Disappointing boost, terrible taste
After I put it to the test I can confidently say that this pre-workout did nothing for me .The Blueberry Lemonade flavor was terrible and did NOT make it any easier to swallow. The one positive is that it did not give me the jitters like some other pre-workouts, but it also did not deliver an energy boost. Overall, I would not recommend this product..
- Delivers a burst of energy and enhances muscle performance.
- The flavor may be too sweet for some individuals who prefer less sugary supplements.
