The ability of being able to customize my own templates is great! Also I love that there's almost always someone online if we need help with anything or have questions regarding our account/sales process. Nothing really - it has been easy going so far but nothing too bad either (knock knock!). There isn't much out here right now as they're still in their early stages; however once more features become available this will be one less thing new users would struggle with when signing up from scratch. We've used most other solutions such as MailChimp etc which were not flexible enough nor did what we needed them to do well at all times. So many companies these days offer some sort of integration service where your emails can go straight through into Salesforce / Hubspot etc without having to worry yourself over how things should look like before sending off.
