Convenient for internal/external integration needs

Easy-to use interface with many templates available out of box; great customer support team who is always willing help when needed (even at odd hours); can be used as standalone or integrated in another system like Salesforce etc.; very flexible - it's easy create custom fields/templates which helps us keep our data up2date across multiple systems / projects internally within organization ; best part would have been if we could get more customization options while building new modules but that…

Some good features but needs improvement with template availability

The best part of using this platform is that I can send out automated emails without having to create new templates each time I want to do it. Sometimes when sending out mass messages, there's a delay between one message being sent and another getting through. That might be because my internet connection isn't great or maybe their servers have too much traffic. It would also help if they had more free templates available for all users rather than paying customers only. There were times where we

It is easy-to use software that allows me as well my team members send emails easily without any issues or errors in it! The ability of being able to customize my own templates is great! Also I love that there's almost always someone online if we need help with anything or have questions regarding our account/sales process. Nothing really - it has been easy going so far but nothing too bad either (knock knock!).
