The best part of using this platform is that I can send out automated emails without having to create new templates each time I want to do it. Sometimes when sending out mass messages, there's a delay between one message being sent and another getting through. That might be because my internet connection isn't great or maybe their servers have too much traffic. It would also help if they had more free templates available for all users rather than paying customers only. There were times where we needed to send out many mass alerts in quick succession. This was very helpful as it allowed me to keep track of who received what alert via tracking links.
